How long does shipping take?

We ship across Australia and New Zealand. Standard Australian delivery takes 3–7 business days. New Zealand orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so reach out to us immediately via the Contact page if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

Sizing & Fit

How do AtAllTimes products fit?

Our gear is designed for an athletic fit — supportive but not restrictive. If you're between sizes, size up for the shorts and size down for the compression tee. Check our Size Guide for full measurements.

What if my item doesn't fit?

If your item doesn't fit, contact us and we'll work something out. We want you to train comfortably.

Product Care

How should I wash my AtAllTimes gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry to preserve the stretch and shape of the fabric. Do not iron directly on any printed areas.

Will the colours fade?

Washing inside out on a cold cycle will keep your gear looking sharp for longer. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can break down moisture-wicking fibres over time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
