This website is operated by AtAllTimes ('we', 'us', 'our'), based in Western Australia. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Online store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless shown otherwise and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the AtAllTimes name, logo, images and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
